1. Use of Website

• You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to order.
• You agree not to misuse the Site or disrupt service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, text, images) belongs to Quantum Garden Housing Ltd. and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

3. Product Information

• We strive for accuracy, but product details, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
• Images may differ slightly from the delivered product due to variations in materials or finishes.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm an order.
• Prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.

5. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders typically process within 5 business days after payment.
• Delivery: Modular units are delivered via freight/shipping partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location and unit size.
• Inspection: Customers must inspect units at delivery and note any damages on the carrier’s paperwork.
• International Shipping: Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a 30% administrative/restocking fee of the order value.
• Custom or special-order units cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• Standard Units: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Units must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
• Custom Units: Non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
• Refunds: Issued within 7–14 business days after inspection of returned items, less shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, damaged items due to customer misuse, or units altered after delivery.

8. Warranty

• All modular units include a One-Year Limited Warranty covering structural integrity and manufacturer defects.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
• To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue within the warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Garden Housing Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Site or products purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
